This role will involve helping children with their learning, playing, educational and social development and may include feeding, washing and cleaning young children.  You will be responsible for record keeping, supporting other workers in community settings and making and maintaining learning materials and resources.  Successful candidates will be required to apply for a new CRB and should have knowledge of Every Child Matters as well as a good understanding of child protection standards.
